CBD Oil Tincture vs Vape: BEST Way To Use Cannabidiol || Pros & Cons Of Vaping vs Drops COMPARED!

hey there welcome to the video do you
want to use CBD oil but are not sure
which way of use is the best for you
then keep watching because I will
discuss the pros and cons of the two
best and most common ways of using CBD oil
these ways I’m going to compare are
vaping and sublingual through a tincture
let’s start with looking at the bio
availability this is the amount of CBD
that can be absorbed successfully by
your body so basically how potent the
CBD is although tinctures have very good bioavailability vapes have the best
bioavailability out of all methods this
is because the CBD enters your body
through a more effective way so on this
point vaping wins because the CBD enters
the body in a slightly more effective
way you can also feel the effect quicker
where sublingual can take 20 to 40
minutes till you feel the effect you can
feel the effects of CBD within a few
minutes after vaping so also on the
absorption rate vaping wins but this
fast absorption also has a
downside the effect of vaping only lasts
two to three hours while the effect of
sublingual Last four to six hours
which is double the amount so on this
point it’s a huge win for sublingual
because of this long-lasting effect and
the high concentration of milligrams CBD
in tinctures they are also the most
cost effective way which is again a huge
pro for tinctures now let’s take a look at
the way of use both are easy to use
putting a drop under your tongue is as
easy as inhaling but still they both
have pros and cons a vape pen is very easy
to carry with you like in your pocket to
use on the go while a tincture is not
really easy to carry with you for
example because it can leak but a
tincture doesn’t require any maintenance
while some ways of vaping do a
disposable pan doesn’t really require
any maintenance but rechargeables do and
are also harder to operate then a tincture
both are easy to dose some may find
using crops easier to dose and some may
find puffs easier to dose also they
taste different both ways have
different kind of flavors especially
vapes tend to have a lot of choices but
even though some tinctures have flavors
some people might not like the taste of
a tincture
so overall vaping tends to taste better
than tinctures now let’s take a look at
how healthy both ways are both ways are
safe and healthy but there is a
difference tinctures can be made with
minimal processing meaning that there
are minimal substance added so it’s very
pure to make CBD vapable there need to
be things added like thinning agents a
lot of brands use harmful thinning
agents for this which can be become
toxic when heated because tinctures
don’t have these addings and don’t get
heated they tend to be healthier and
safer but of course it also depends a
lot on which brands you use I will put
the link of the brands I use myself for
vaping and tinctures in the description
these brands have very high quality are
affordable and are healthy because their
products don’t contain things like these
harmful thinning agents I just
described so you can vape their products
without concerns I’ve tried out many CBD
brands and these ones are the best in my
opinion so check the description if
you’re interested and another point
considering health is even though vaping
is not comparable to smoking regular
cigarettes you should still be careful
when you have existing lung issues when
using tinctures you probably won’t have
chance of long or throat irritation also
some people may just prefer the idea of
using sublingual instead of vaping something like
when you have never vaped or something
similar putting all these pros and cons
of both ways together you can see why
these two methods are the most used and
it’s hard to pick one real winner but
for me personally like a lot of other
people I would pick tinctures as the best
way of use but since people may value
certain pros over others some people may
prefer vaping if you want to get into
vaping I highly recommend you checking
out the CBD vape guide on my channel also
there are a lot of other CBD videos on my
channel like one explaining how CBD
helps me with
my anxiety and a guide about CBD oil in
general don’t forget to subscribe for
more CBD videos coming in the future
turn notifications on like this video if
you made it all the way to the end and
let me know in the comments which way
you prefer thanks for watching
